Employees can scan receipts in Yomio. Admins can also receive emailed receipts and assign them to the right team member.

Admins can receive weekly or monthly spend summaries by email. They can also download CSV expense data for a date range or team member.

常见问题
我可以在手机应用里购买商业版吗？
不可以。商业版订阅仅通过网页购买——先在 yomio.app 设置账单和席位，然后再邀请团队并在应用中管理日常工作。
员工能看到其他员工的收据吗？
不能，除非是管理员。成员只能看到自己的收据。管理员可以看到每位成员的收据，并能导出整个团队的数据。
我们可以设置多位管理员吗？
可以。一个工作区可以有不止一位管理员——比如可以让会计和企业主同时拥有完整的可见权限。
之后可以更改席位数量吗？
可以。席位数量是灵活调整的，不是固定套餐——可以随团队规模变化随时增减。
这和家庭共享有什么不同？
家庭共享让每位成员都能完整查看共享的家庭预算。商业版正好相反：成员的数据是私密的，只有管理员能看到整个团队。
